RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS of the Online Lighting Store – Farolla.com

The e-store offers its Users the website Farolla.com "as is" and is not responsible for the reliability of its functioning, the conditions for accessing the site, the provision of help, instructions and other parameters. The website is owned by FAROLLA Projects Ltd..

Farolla.com has the right to change prices, quantities, payment and delivery methods, technology and site design without prior notice.

Farolla.com has the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict access to all or part of the services, as well as to terminate their use by individual or all of its users.

Farolla.com has the right to close and/or delete information on/for a given product or category, at its discretion and without the right to review.

Farolla.com has the right to impose any sanctions related to the services it provides if it has received a request for them from the authorized authorities or has sufficient grounds to believe that the User has violated the General Terms and Conditions, is distributing unwanted advertising or is using the site for illegal purposes or against public morality.

After clicking the "Order" button on the user's cart, users agree to purchase the goods in the "Cart". This action has a legally binding force. The customer receives a confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract is considered to be concluded.

The MERCHANT reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. In the event of a lack of stock of the requested goods, within the working week the MERCHANT shall notify the user/client of its exhaustion by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Client or to the specified telephone number. In the event that a transfer has been made to the merchant's account, the client will be able to choose between a refund, cancellation of the order or through a replacement order.

The contractual language is Bulgarian, and payments will be made in Bulgarian levs, including VAT.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Users have the right to use the services of Farolla.com in accordance with the requirements of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as other generally applicable restrictions.

Users of the site do not have the right to distribute, modify (edit), copy (except for non-commercial, personal purposes), transmit, display, reproduce, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or in any other way use content on the site without the express written permission of Farolla.com.
